Amherst captures ECIC wrestling title

Zak Saeed was the lone Amherst wrestler to win his weight class but that didn't stop the Tigers from capturing the team title at the ECIC Championships on Saturday at Lancaster.

Amherst finished with 196.5 points to beat second-place Clarence (183.5.). Williamsville North/East was third (173) followed by Pioneer (163) and Frontier (137).
