Most Tech Falls
 Brockport State's Jeff Palmeri finished the season leading all Division III wrestlers, in every weight class, with 14 technical falls. He overtook the previous leader (breaking a tie, which the other wrestler held the tiebreaker with less time needed for 13 tech falls) during the national tournament scoring a 16-0 tech-fall victory during his first match to earn his way into the 184-lb championship bracket, eventually placing eighth overall earning the All-American honors.
