 Niagara-Wheatfield heavyweight Neil Patterson pinned Burt Bugbee of Amherst in the final match, enabling the Falcons to tie Pioneer Central for the team title of the first annual Sanborn-Pekin Jaycees Wrestling Tournament Saturday at Niagara-Wheatfield Central High School.
