1953-1954 West Occidentals
 WRESTLING. Coach Lay's grapplers grunted their way to fifth place this year. Among the outstanding matmen were the co-captains, Bob Rensland and Jim Nelson; Jim Truitt wrestling at 175 pounds and Tom Cotton in the unlimited class had a successful season. FRONT ROW: R.
