1960-1961 Amherst Tigers Wrestling
 Bob Jackson and Lou Sabo co-Captained this year's wrestling team to a 5-won and 5-lost season. They finished the year in 4th place. Consistent scorers for Amherst were Jackson, Sabo, Steen, Guillia, Pawlowski, and Kish. Jackson was undefeated in his weight class and Sabo only lost one match. At the sectionals these same two boys again showed their skill winning handily their own weight classes along with Dave Steen in the 136 lb. weight class.
