The WNY #2 small school Falconer/Cassadaga Valley wrestling team claimed its 11th consecutive CCAA I title on Friday with a 42-25 win at fellow WNY top ten squad and league rival Southwestern. The win for the Golden Cougars secured the program?s 11th league title and 10th outright title since the 2011-2012 season while extending their own league win streak to 42 consecutive CCAA I victories dating back to the 2014-2015 season. With only one league loss in the last eleven seasons (2014-2015 vs. Chautauqua Lake), the Golden Cougars have amassed a league win record of 66-1 in that same time.
