NCAA Wrestling Championships (Canceled)

The National Collegiate Athletic Association has canceled its 1943 wrestling championships, Philip O. Badger, NCAA president and New York University professor, said yesterday. Plans for the tournament were dropped when a preliminary survey of the colleges indicated lack of interest and a representative entry list. SOURCE: Arizona Republic, March 20, 1943.
