Day Scores Near Fall on Kennedy
Jack Day, Lock Haven State College's 147-pound wrestler, tries to pin Bob Kennedy, Rochester Institute of Technology, in Saturday night's match that ended in a 13-13 draw. Day received a three-point near fall for the maneuver shown here from Referee Art Weiss. Day's right arm was under Kennedy's shoulder, as can be seen in photo, and that prevented a fall.
