With just two competitors gone from a squad that won three league matches last season, Cheektowaga wrestling coach Matt Haberl is optimistic that the Warriors' stable of veterans can have a strong impact on the team's fortunes this winter.

One of those veterans in particular, junior two-time captain and returning Class B runner-up Eric Bartnik, is on the cusp of joining some select company in the annals of Warrior history. Bartnik needs just six more wins to hit the century mark for his career.
