Jan. 20 became a record-breaking night for Holley varsity wrestling coach John Grillo. It marked the night of his 700th win as a wrestling coach for the Holley Central School District (HCSD).

Holley defeated tough competitor Lyndonville 54-35 in the Genesee Region match hosted at Lyndonville High School. Grillo's wins have spanned more than 40 years, with 30 of them at HCSD and 12 of them at Pavilion Central School District. He now holds the record for the most wins in New York State.
