ALBANY — Lockport's Mitchell Seaver makes a triumphant return to the 2016 New York State High School Wrestling Division I Championships today and Saturday at the Times Union Center.

Seaver was third in Division I at states just a year ago in the 99-pound class. This year he's wrestling at 106 pounds and is once again among the favorites.
