Albany - Shenendehowa senior Kevin Parker stepped off the mat after his Division I 182-pound state championship match on Saturday and was greeted by his older brother, Greg, a state champion for the Plainsmen in 1996.

Parker had matched his brother's title when he won the 170-pound crown in 2015, and in his final match in a Section II singlet, he gained the bragging rights in the family.
