ALBANY — General Brown senior Riccardo Dawkins won the Division II 220-pound championship Saturday at the high school state wrestling tournament at the Times Union Center.

Dawkins claimed a 5-3 victory in double overtime over Aaron Mann of Warsaw in a thrilling final.
