Kellen Devlin put an exclamation point on his high school wrestling career with his third straight state title on Saturday at the Times Union Center in Albany.

The Amherst senior defeated Ryan O'Rourke from Adirondack (Section III) by major decision, 9-0, in the Division II 132-pound finals.
