Aiden Rabideau took advantage of a fellow competitor's misfortune to set some program history with his appearance at this past weekend's state wrestling championships in Albany.
Rabideau, whose second-place finish at 99 pounds in the Section VI Division I championship tournament Feb. 13 at Lake Shore designated him as the first alternate, became Clarence's first eighth-grade participant at states when he got the call to fill in for an injured competitor.
