WOLCOTT — Two of the area's best high school wrestling programs squared off in their annual non-league encounter Wednesday night, and the final score proved to be deceiving.

Visiting South Seneca won five of the eight bouts, but North Rose-Wolcott used strength in numbers to take a 48-21 decision.
