Sisters Joye & Esther Levendusky will compete this weekend at the World Team Trials (formerly Body Bar) in Irving, Texas. They'll be accompanied by their coach/father Derek Levendusky and competing for Team NY.
Esther will wrestle at 89 pounds in the Schoolgirl division and Joye will wrestle in both the Cadet division at 65 kg and the Junior division at 63kg. Winner of the Cadet and Junior divisions will wrestle at Worlds in Athens, Greece later this year. Top two placers in all divisions qualify for the Pan Am Games and 3rd place finisher qualifies as an alternate. Competition begins for both sisters on Saturday morning.
