Cheektowaga Central wrestlers seeking success

NEWS

Cheektowaga's wrestling program is always one of the tougher small schools around in Western New York, and this year's crop of Warriors looks to be no different despite losing four seniors — including a state tournament qualifier — to graduation off a squad that went 6-1 in league action last winter.

The Warriors, who will also be without longtime JV coach Ryan Mislin for the first time in 13 years, have plenty of veteran competitors to rely upon this season, including seniors.
