The Upstate New York Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame is proud to announce Frankie Gissendanner as their Robert Feldmeier Outstanding Wrestler Award winner for the 2017-18 wrestling season. Frankie was a four time New York State wrestling champion at Penfield High School in Section V under Coach John Leone. Gissendanner is presently enrolled at Rider College and hopes to be a NCAA champion like his former Section V wrestling friend Yianni Diakomihalis. Frankie will received the award at the September 23, 2018 induction ceremony at the Double Tree Hotel in East Syracuse.
