There isn't much that is more exciting than a walk-off wrestling dual meet victory. On Thursday night that is exactly what happened as the #4 Legends held off the #5 Vikings in a come from behind, down to the last bout 36-35 victory inside Lancaster Fieldhouse.
With his team down 33-35 going into the last bout freshman Will Sundell clinched the dual with a takedown against Grand Island's Miles Coughlin with less than ten seconds left in the 126-pound match. Sundell was able to hold on for the remaining time to win 7-5 giving Lancaster the go-ahead three team points needed to win, 36-35.
