But Yianni Diakomihalis' camp attempts to attempt a hail mary and try to change that.
Cornell coach Rob Koll tweeted he plans to protest Diakomihalis' controversial loss to Retherford in the second bout of the 65 kilogram men's freestyle series at Final X Rutgers on Saturday night after a video challenge turned an 8-6 Diakomihalis win into a 6-6 Retherford win on criteria to give Retherford the sweep, two bouts to none, and clinch his trip to the World Wrestling Championships on Sept. 14-22 in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
