Panther grapplers showing improvement

NEWS

Although Sweet Home's wrestling team did not win a dual meet last season, Panthers coach Don Lilly said the squad is in a much better place to start off the 2019-20 season.

"We are improved and have more experienced wrestlers compared to last season," Lilly said.

Sweet Home's two senior leaders will be Sammy Esaleh (132) and Axel Andrews (160). Both placed at the Section VI Division I state qualifier last year, with Esaleh taking sixth at 120 and Andrews placing fifth at 120.
