Timm Slade was motivated in his career as an administrator in education by the ability to make an impact.
He did it at Wilson Central School and in the West Seneca School District. In 2009, he had the opportunity to make an impact on a regional level as an athletic administrator when he became executive director of Section VI.
Slade will retire Nov. 11 after 33 years in education as a teacher, as a coach and as an administrator, including the last 11 years with Section VI.
