The 2022 NWCA New York State Coach of the Year is Hilton's Craig Gross. He was honored at the NYSPHSAA championships at MVP Arena, February 26, 2022.
The Cadets head coach has helped to develop 14 NYS champions, and his team have won the state tournament team scoring title 6 times: 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020.
