BELMONT - The Allegany County Legislature has recognized Rick Gould of Bolivar for his extraordinary contributions to the Bolivar and Richburg communities.

Gould was a 1980 graduate of Bolivar-Richburg Central School. He excelled in both academics and athletics. In his senior year, Gould was named to the Tri-County All-Star Football Team and was a Section V wrestling champion. He continued to wrestle at Alfred State College and qualified for the National Junior College Athletic Association National Championships.
