Wellsville, NY- The Alfred State men's wrestling team notched two wins on the day, in the first win against Keystone the Pioneers won 42-12, then against Onondaga, A-State won 52-6.
In the dual against Keystone, Ryan Farley (125), Mason Drew (133), and Richard Morales (141) all picked up forfeit wins. Then in the 149 match, Elijah Moshenek notched a fall win in 59 seconds. The Giants picked up wins in the 157 and 165 matches, before George Racz notched a fall in the 174 bout. Chris Herriman (184) and Brent Perry (197) also picked up forfeit wins to secure the win.
Then in the second dual against Onondaga, Farley opened with a forfeit win. Drew followed with a 16-0 tech fall win. The Pioneers would get five straight falls, Kyle Yasses (149-2:41), Jayden Norris (157- 4:32), Owen Cummings (165- 6:02), and Benjamin Rivera (174- 1:38). Racz followed with a 16-0 tech fall win in the 184 bout, before Perry notched a forfeit win in the 285 bout.
The Pioneers will head to Cortland, next weekend November 23rd for the Red Dragon Duals.
