Cornell Continues Dominance Over Binghamton in a 29-9 Victory

ITHACA, N.Y. – The Cornell wrestling earns a road win in Binghamton that included three technical falls and two major decisions to take the dual 29-9.

The Big Red took control of the match right away with a 10-2 major decision at 125 from Marcello Milani over Carson Wagner and 13-1 major decision at 141 by Josh Saunders over Nate Lucier. Cornell then went on to win five of its seven victories with bonus points.

The dual was highlighted by a first period technical fall from Meyer Shapiro over Nate Lucier at 157. Teammates Simon Ruiz (174) and Chris Foca (184) followed up with technical fall of their own in the second and third periods of their matches.

The Big Red continues its dominance over the Bearcats making the series 12-0.
