UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, OH – The Buffalo State women's wrestling team opened their season today at the John Carroll Round Robin Invite.
THE BENGAL BREAKDOWN
Rosaliz Aponte (Fredonia, NY/Fredonia) and Brooke Tarshis (Pine Bush, NY/Pine Bush) finished second and third respectively at the 131-lb. weight class. Both wrestlers finished 4-1 on the day.
Hailey Hankinson (Grand Island, NY/North Tonawanda) and Ceci Williams (Coloma, NY/Coloma) each earned their first wins of the season.
