Pre-seeds Announced for Upcoming MAC Championships

CLEVELAND, OH – The Mid-American Conference announced the pre-seeds for this weekend's 2026 MAC Wrestling Championships, hosted by the University at Buffalo in Alumni Arena.

Below is the top 8 pre-seeding by weight class following a conference call with all 12 MAC wrestling head coaches. The official 2025 MAC Wrestling Championship brackets will be released on Thursday evening.

The Bulls have seven wrestlers seeded. Kaleb Burgess (157) and Magnus Bibla (285) are seeded fourth. Kelin Laffey is seeded sixth at 165. Tyler Roark (141) and Sam Ewing (149) are seeded seventh. Marcus Petite (184) and Connor Jacobs (197) seeded eighth.
