WAYNE — Section V wrestling championships were up for grabs this weekend, and several area wrestlers were up to the task.

Canisteo-Greenwood's Bradley Cheek and Zach Flaitz were crowned Section V champions, while many others kept their seasons alive and earned the right to compete at Super Sectionals for a berth at states.

The Section V, Class BBB wrestling championships were held at Wayne high school on Friday and Saturday.
