BEDFORD - The bulletin board in the wrestling room at Fox Lane High School is covered with torn pieces of paper, each featuring scribbled notes from the wrestlers on the team.

Most jotted down a list of modest goals, but Matt Grippi got right to the point.

"2017 STATE CHAMP" was all he wrote, which leaves the junior with virtually no room for error.
