Williamsville South's wrestling team finished fourth out of 14 teams at Thursday's Akron Varsity Holiday Tournament. The Billies missed out on third place by one point.

Matt Genau improved to 13-0 after winning the 120-pound division.

Genau pinned Derek Holmes of Newfane in 53 seconds in the quarterfinals and Matthew Heywood of St. Francis in 4:16 in the semifinals. Genau downed Owen Kissell of Alden, 6-4, in the finals. Genau and Kissell are both defending Class champions.
