SANBORN — High school wrestlers from Lewiston-Porter, Lockport, Niagara-Wheatfield and Starpoint were among those earning individual championships on Saturday at the prestigious 32nd annual Niagara Frontier Wrestling Officials Association Tournament at Niagara County Community College.
With temperatures hovering just above zero outside, some of the best wrestlers in all of Section VI turned the heat on high inside the NCCC gymnasium where a packed house witnessed one of the finest NFWOA tournaments in years, with most championship matches going down to the wire.
