The inaugural New York Wrestling News Lion's Den Invitational took place on Sunday at Tuttle Gym at Brockport, with the champions coming from Sections 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in New York as well as a gold medalist from New Jersey. In addition, representatives from Canada (including Cadet World team members), National Preps and at least three other sections competed.
Nationally-ranked Greg Diakomihalis was among the winners, as were four more NYS placers and four additional state qualifiers.
