Rider University may not be the biggest name in NCAA Division I wrestling, but Penfield senior Frankie Gissendanner believes he has found a good fit for his future.
The four-time high school wrestling state champion announced Wednesday at Penfield he will attend Rider in the fall, accepting a full scholarship, with the possibility of redshirting or sitting out a year for development.

"I like the atmosphere," Gissendanner said. "The team is a well-rounded team. It's pretty diverse on on the campus. It has a good connection to the (USA Wrestling Olympic Regional Training Center) at Princenton.
