NYS Wrestling wildcards were handed out Wednesday afternoon and several local grapplers received their tickets to Albany.

All Supersectional champions from last Saturday automatically qualified for the state wrestling championships at the Times Union Center in Albany Feb. 28-29.

Wildcards were handed out based on a points system which includes win-loss record and past performances at the state meet.
