Seven Section VI wrestlers remain in the winner's bracket of the NYSPHSAA Wrestling Championships after the opening rounds were held Friday at the Times Union Center in Albany. Justin McDougald (Niagara Wheatfield) defeated Stephen Chrisci (St. John the Baptist) and Logan Gumble (IV-Chenango Forks) to advance in the 138-pound bracket.
