The most decorated wrestler in Clarence history picked up one final accolade this past weekend when Aiden Rabideau finished on the podium at the state championship tournament for the first time in five trips with his sixth-place finish in Division I's 145-pound bracket.
"Aiden's had opportunities to make the podium in the past and there have been years when we thought he'd have a good chance to do well at states, but each time he just didn't have great days," coach Jason Chase said. "He's had a tough time breaking through and having a good tournament up until this year. Needless to say, placing sixth at states is a good way to finish his high-school career."
