2023 Fall Prospect Clinic
Date: Sunday, September 17th 2023
Location: Alfred State College Main Campus (10 Upper College Dr Alfred NY 14802)
Who: Rising High School Juniors or Seniors (class of '24 or '25) with Varsity experience
What to bring: Wrestling shoes and appropriate workout clothes (headgear, mouthguard, extra tee shirt optional but recommended)
Limit: First 50 people to sign up
Price: $60 (includes free tee shirt) pay online below or bring cash/check day of

Schedule of events:
9:30-10am Check-in at Orvis Activity Center*
10-11am Tour of main campus led by Head Coach Signorelli*
11-11:30am Tour of athletic facilities including new Varsity weight room & wrestling room*
11:30-12pm Get prepared for workout (snack/lunch on own, change of clothes, etc.) & late check-in if needed
12-1:30pm Warm up and college level technique session led by coaching staff and wrestlers
1:45-2:15pm Live wrestling
2:15-2:30pm Conditioning workout led by coaching staff
2:30-2:45pm Cool down & team stretch
3-3:30pm Q&A session with current members of team, alumni and coaches*
3:30-4pm Final questions for coaching staff and closing remarks*
*Optional but strongly encouraged elements of the Prospect Clinic experience
