Gene Tracy
 Gene Tracy has been very active in the Syracuse Wrestling Officials Association since 1981 and has served as the president for five years. In addition, he is an active member of the Friends of Section III Wrestling and plays a vital role in running their annual golf outing. Gene has also served as the President of the New York State Wrestling Officials Association and in 2001 he was rated the #1 official in the New York State Public High School Wrestling Championships.






The National Wrestling Hall of Fame of the Upstate New York State Chapter will induct their new members into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Lifetime Service Award winners, honor this year's recipients of the Outstanding American Award, the Stanbro Media Award as well as the yearly Volunteer Award winners.
