ArmDrag.com is looking for volunteers to help populate the Archives.
We're not only looking for results, but tournament brackets, photos, and
articles as well. Many college and public libraries have microform copies
of complete newspapers dating back over 100 years. In them, you can find
lots of wrestling results. If you enjoy doing research, and you have some time,
make a trip to the library and check it out. Ask a librarian how to get
started and how to print out the articles that you find.

Edison Tech's
grapplers dominated the Interscholastic wrestling championship yesterday
afternoon at Edison, winning five of 11 events. West captured four
places for runnerup honors, while Marshall and Franklin split the
remaining two events.
Steve Pukish of
Franklin successfully defended his crown in the unlimited class when he
threw Carl Hansen of Monroe in
3:36. The 200-pound Quaker wrestler won an easy verdict.
The quickest fall
in the finals came in the 126-pound class when Don Parker
of West pinned Arthur Oliver of
Monroe in 1:37 while in the 95-pound class Marshall's James Hawes
tossed Edison's John Markle in
6:30.
