ArmDrag.com is looking for volunteers to help populate the Archives.  We're not only looking for results, but tournament brackets, photos, and articles as well.  Many college and public libraries have microform copies of complete newspapers dating back over 100 years.  In them, you can find lots of wrestling results. If you enjoy doing research, and you have some time, make a trip to the library and check it out.  Ask a librarian how to get started and how to print out the articles that you find.

Roger McGee, Oakfield-Alabama Central School wrestler, continued his undefeated skein, winning the Section 5 championship in the unlimited class during the annual wrestling finals in Rochester Saturday.

McGee made it 14 in a row this year by scoring a fall over Dick DeLine of Williamson in 41 seconds. Only one other Genesee-Orleans grappler won a sectional toga. Charles Plummer of Albion scored a fall 1:11 over Richard Brown of Spencerport in the 95-pound class.

Teddy Czuba of Oakfield lost in the 133-pound finals to Louis Brongo of Spencerport. A 3-0 decision was rendered in Brongo's favor. In other competition, Lecthworth Central wrestlers captured five titles, Spencerport, two, Bolivar, Alfred-Almond and Wellsville, one each.
