ArmDrag.com is looking for volunteers to help populate the Archives.
We're not only looking for results, but tournament brackets, photos, and
articles as well. Many college and public libraries have microform copies
of complete newspapers dating back over 100 years. In them, you can find
lots of wrestling results. If you enjoy doing research, and you have some time,
make a trip to the library and check it out. Ask a librarian how to get
started and how to print out the articles that you find.

Tech High closed its Interscholastic Wrestling League season
undefeated when with the loop championship already clinched, it
defeated West High yesterday afternoon at the Occidental's
gymnasium, 20 to 9. Coach Hobart Hoff's Shopmen carried on despite
the absence of Captain Frank Spronza to win their second straight
league title.
Gene DePrez of West evened the score with his older brother, Jerry,
of Tech, when he gained a thrilling time-decision victory over his
kinsman in the 175-pound class. Tom Polis, of the champions, and
Hall of Coach Emil Hulek's Westsiders, scored the only falls of the
afternoon.
